You have 14 days from delivery to request an exchange/return, and 14 days from receiving your label to send your parcel back.

This dress is made to order. For orders placed from 26th November, a £20 non-refundable deposit will be deducted from refunds.

UK Orders
Standard shipping is complimentary. Returned items incur a £6.50 handling fee per item in addition to the above deposit to cover the prepaid label and restocking.

International Orders
You may return items using your preferred tracked service.
(Original shipping and any customs or import fees are non-refundable.)

USA duties are included in the price so you can enjoy shopping with no surprises at delivery!
