UK Returns: You have 14 days from the delivery day to request a return, and 14 days from receiving your return label to send your parcel back. We deduct £12 from the refund which covers your prepaid return label, restocking fees and the original shipping costs.

International Returns:
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. We cover the cost of shipping your order to you. However, a $55 USD shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the original shipping cost. Please note that we do not provide or cover return shipping labels.
