UK Returns: You have 14 days from the delivery day to request a return, and 14 days from receiving your return label to send your parcel back. We deduct £12 from the refund which covers your prepaid return label, restocking fees and the original shipping costs.

International Returns:
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. We cover the cost of shipping your order to you. However, a $55 USD shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the original shipping cost. Please note that we do not provide or cover return shipping labels. You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment, as well as any customs duties, taxes, and import fees associated with your return.
